"My experience started out on a good note but did not end that way. A few weeks after Guido's installed hardwood floors for me (in 2018) I noticed cracked or splintered wood in two spots. I also found a number of nail marks. I called Guido's about it. They (their subcontractor) scheduled a day to come and do the repairs but was a no show! I inquired repeatedly about when this repair work would be done. I was given lots of excuses about needing the right weather, making sure it's not too wet... not too dry... etc. They kept promising they would follow up, but never did! In the end, my experience was disappointing. I felt like after they were paid they couldn't be bothered with follow-up."
