"He promises homeowners completion dates, but often leaves the job unfinished for weeks. He weaves tales to hide his mistakes and shirks responsibility when he damages property. His punctuality is questionable, often arriving late without the necessary materials and neglecting to give a heads up. He talks down to women, but changes his tune when a man is present. Excuses seem to be his second language. After my experience, I question the authenticity of his positive reviews. I'm not one for negative reviews, understanding that everyone has off days and personal issues, but the lack of consistency has led me to share my experience, unfortunately."

"Balal was so knowledgeable and confident in giving us recommendations when it came to remodeling our kitchen. The show room was beautiful but we explored different options from sleek and modern to contemporary or rustic. They had a pretty wide variety of materials to touch and see but were able to get everything that we wanted for our kitchen. Will definitely use again for my next home project!!"
