"Showed up 2 hours earlier than planed. Didn't have time to give pool one last cleaning or blow off pool apron like I was going to do before they arrived. Never knocked or rang bell when arrived. Saw them in my back yard on surveillance cameras. Said it was too hot to start at the time we set up. I thought they were doing a good job until I asked them about the winterizing kit. They don't do one. Was told all chemicals included when I set up the job with them. Never lowered water level nearly enough and left a mess in my pool house. Now I'm going over everything they did."

"This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have had with any contractor. The communication is deplorable. They show up on their timetable without any prior notice. We signed a contract on 8/1/2020 and the pool was completed about 8 months later. The subcontractor used (which we had no choice of) for the stamped concrete did a horrible job. $15k and no receipt, no invoice...nothing. The steps developed sink holes which we reported in July and had to chase them to repair before closing. I tried numerous times to reach them and calls went to voice mail where the mailbox was full, or were not returned. Finally, about a month later after advising that complaints would be filed, the work was completed. Do not use this company unless you have nerves of steel and don't care about when the job is done or when people just show up unannounced."

"Wasn't notified by worker when He arrived to close our Pool for the winter. He left with NO communication of the owners. Had to called back a few times with no response. Man arrives again unannounced in back yard.. We couldn't tell if he DID or DID NOT close our Pool. Claims he did, we had him finish up a couple things that were missed.. TO add to all this the Company raised it's price on us after YEARS of service with this company for inadequate Service..."
