"This may have been the worst customer service I've ever interacted with. Pathetic, particularly given the size and prestige of the parent company. Furniture delivery date lapsed several times, after multiple calls without any explanation, the product finally arrived - damaged. I am expected to re-package this huge item, as they simply do not offer replacement parts, and somehow bringing it to a shipping center. This is, in their minds, a clean and clear way to resolve the situation. All on my time and effort. Naturally, there is no route for leaving feedback to hold the company accountable so here we are on Google."
