"I adore this place so much. Both the owner, Ali, and the trainers are really helpful. I came here to try the Mauy thai. Anthony, the trainer, is incredibly skilled, kind, and patient. While not abandoning the fundamentals, he attempts to teach many movements and defense strategies at the same time. Every trainer is incredibly knowledgeable and aids in our development. They are quite amiable. I can complete my fitness requirement because we have access to the gym's equipment in the basement. Beginners are welcome here as well. This is a great location to learn self defense, in my opinion."

The coaches are patient and encouraging. They push you yet set a reasonable pace. You get to learn self defense skills and have great workouts. Highly recommend!"
