"This is my first year with the program and may I say, I'm still amazed from week to week not only as parent but an assistant coach with this organization. My son as a player and his first year, of ever playing any organized sport has grown to love the program and his fellow players. "As I reflect on the past 2 seasons with the Upper Cape Spartans I can honestly say that I had absolutely no idea what to expect. My Son joined the tackle football program and I signed on as part of the Coaching Staff. I have had the pleasure of not only watching my Son grow as a football player, but steadily become a better student and respectful young man thanks to his incredible coaches and the programs implementation of the C.A.L. program.
