"I asked them to cancel my membership and they said that it should be canceled by the end of the month. 7 months later I found out they were still taking money out of my account every month for the membership. I called and they said I had to send in a photo of my ID along with a letter saying I no longer want the membership. Careful signing up here. They will make it impossible for you to cancel."

"I was a member of the gym until last May when I cancelled my membership. After filling out my cancellation form with F Scott, I put the receipt in my car and went on about my life. Earlier this year, I checked my credit report out and saw that I had a 289$ collection from the gym. After talking to the gym manager Scott, it was shown that not only was my membership not cancelled, but I was on the hook for full year's worth of gym membership fees because the credit card information on file was not working, they couldn't reach me at my old address and did not have my phone number in their system. After brining in some paperwork showing that I had paid my dues on time every month for years before that June, and even showing that I used my new then and current now bankcard to pay my final yearly membership fee and final month (Being that if I still want to be at the gym I would of gave them my updated credit-card information), I was still on the hook for the money. Please this gym just scamming people after you cancel your membership be patient with the scammer manager"

"Imagine waking up motivated ready to get your workout in and you show up and the gym is not even open, honestly this gym need to find responsible workers , not a good look with a parking lot full of cars and the no one to open the gym, this has happened way to many times. So here I am, thinking I'm about to get my pump on, but let me tell you, I've never been so bamboozled in my life dawg. First off, I'll preface this by saying that the SELECTION and VARIETY of the weights and strength training equipment they have is good, I'll give em that. But bro, I'd bet you Elon Musk's net worth that the weights that've been collecting dust in your grandma's basement are more well-maintained then they are here. You wanna listen to some Three Days Grace or Avenged Sevenfold?Well that's too bad son. Because you're gonna be forced against your will to listen to the sweet sweet melody of squeaking machines sounding like they're screaming for a WD-40 baptism."

"This used to be a 4-5 star gym, but no more. I live out of town, but end up in Lowell a lot for contracted work or to see friends. So when I'd come to town now and then, I'd use this gym because it's got great equipment selection, and a day pass was only $10 like any other reasonable normal gym. Well, now their day pass has suddenly doubled to $20. Who in their right mind would spend 20 bucks to spend an hour or two using equipment at a gym that isn't even very fancy or special? What a load of garbage."
