I understand the previous reviewer's experience- the FORMER owner was not big on bedside manner, but he was quite experienced and very good at designing and delivering a top-quality kitchen. Any issues that arose from time to time were handled swiftly and fairly. (BTW that review was written 5 years ago, folks.) The current owner, Rick Verni, and his incomparable assistant Mona, are warm, competent, and trustworthy. They are carrying on the tradition of great cabinets, great service, great pricing, and great design. I absolutely recommend Pinnacle Kitchens for folks looking for good quality cabinetry, often at better prices than you'd find anywhere else."
