"I've done 7 training sessions and a few massage sessions with John. The difference in just a few short weeks is incredible. John listened to my concerns during the consult and made a game plan to fit my needs. He has helped with pain relief from my shoulders, hips, knee and ankle from various old injuries both with massage and strength training. His patience and positive attitude while learning new work out techniques takes the "fear of the gym" out of it. "I started going to Tag Team Fitness over a year ago and it was the best decision I ever made. I have gone to different gyms over the years and I am happy that I finally have found my “home.” John is a super encouraging trainer and knows when to push you, but never will push you to do anything that he doesn’t think you are capable of. Ever since starting massages with John, my body, especially my back, has never felt as good as it does now. Needless to say, I don’t think anyone else will ever compare. "John found a way to relieve chronic pain I've had in both my feet and right ankle due to severe injuries from years ago. Prior to these injuries, I was very active but due to the permanent damage I sustained and instability and pain in critical weight bearing joints, I have limited time on my feet throughout the day and I have been far less active, which has only caused weight gain and exacerbated the problem. Through guided therapy and specially tailored routines, John not only got me back on my feet, so to speak, but I am now able to withstand 4-5 days at the gym every week, regaining a signifiant percentage of my prior capabilities. His regime of building the small muscles around the injuries to reinforce and support the weak joints has given me back freedom of mobility and freedom from the constant pain that has plagued me for years.
