"Simply Fit & Fun has given me time as a busy mom to prioritize myself and my health/wellness. After making all the excuses, I took the leap and tried some of the many classes offered at the studio. It was the best gift I could have given myself. The studio is clean and organized and every teacher is prepared for class. The classes are challenging, but the fun teachers, music, and atmosphere is the perfect distraction and makes it easy to meet your goals. There is no judgement at Simply Fit & Fun and all levels are welcomed with a smile! SF&F is simply the best!"

"I joined Simply Fit and Fun a few months ago and I am obsessed! If you are looking for a friendly, clean and comfortable workout environment- this is your place! I am a teacher so not only do they offer a teacher discount on my membership (thank you!) but they offer a variety of early 6 am classes 5 days a week! At first I was nervous because I had never taken group classes before, but quickly realized that Stefanie & Danielle and their team of instructors are amazing! All of the instructors are so welcoming, knowledgeable and up-beat and they offer something different in every class. I can’t say enough about what my experience has been like here. "This studio changed my life, no lie. I had struggled with finding a consistent workout form and schedule that kept me happy, strong, and consistent. 3 months ago I signed up for an unlimited membership, and I’ve never been happier. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been in my life, finally have something to look forward to after work, and found a community of women that uplift me each and every day. The instructors are seasoned and knowledgeable, always offering modifications and assistance if needed, and all classes focus heavily on proper toning. The owners are fantastic and personable, and try extremely hard to make all of their clients happy. Not to mention, at a wonderful price too. I can’t speak highly enough about this gym! ❤️"
