"High Street is a haven for dancers of all ages. My daughter (now 5.5) started classes at 2 and I’ve even taken an adult ballet class. The environment in open and welcoming. The pressure that can be expected in many dance studios is nowhere to be found at High Street. Rather than a focus on body image there is importance placed on strength and being in tune with our bodies. We’re so lucky that Jenny chose to bring her gift to all of us. If you are thinking about joining, try out one of the community dance classes on the weekend, I’m guessing you will be hooked!"

"I have danced in classes led by the instructors at High Street Studio since 2008. As an older adult, I appreciate the gentle approach, which makes dance fun, as well as wonderful for maintaining strength and balance, both of which become more important as we age.
