"My son James is almost 12 and has been training with R3VAMP for three years. He has worked with Mike consistently on mental and physical skill development and cross-sport skill integration. James works more heavily on ice hockey goalie mental and physical training from August through March with emphasis switching to baseball April through July. Mike comes up with creative modalities to build skills not gained through traditional team practices and he keeps it fun.
