"I’ve been a dancer for 15 years, and unfortunately had to put a pause on it for about 5 years. Life and health got in the way, but the second I discovered seacoast I felt such an urge to jump back into it and that’s EXACTLY what I did. I’ve gone to SO many classes since I started going in 2023 and I see no end in sight! The entire vibe of seacoast is such girl boss energy it’s crazy, everyone is so uplifting and so empowering. It’s given me so much serotonin (helps me beat that seasonal depression iykyk) and I absolutely recommend it to everyone….beginner, professional, anyone!"

"I’ve never taken dance classes in my life. A friend introduced me to Seacoast about a year ago and I haven’t stopped going since. If you want to feel sexy, empowered, and work out in a super fun and not traditional way (while being cheered on the whole time) come take a class. It is amazing what Emily has accomplished with this community. "I joined Seacoast Stilettos in June of 2023 after I quit professional dance 20 years ago. A friend of mine posted a video of herself dancing at Seacoast and i immediately messaged her to find out where this place was! Heels dance is always something I wanted to try but I only saw that out in California. Ever since, I have been coming here 2-4 nights a week since.
