Even though some people are training for competitions, there’s no “I’m better than you” attitude, and everyone is helpful to the newbies. I started to simply lose weight, but I’ve already learned a lot and thoroughly enjoy my time here. They do an introductory class so you can see if it’s right for you without outright joining. They offer a range of classes that fit everyone, and you can mix it up if you like. Highly recommend"
