We’ve played at several different facilities for this league over the last 25 years and this is the best ownership group & facility that we have used for indoor softball. Ownership & desk staff are always attentive. Over the last 2-3 years many facility improvements have been made that have increased the quality of experience for our participants."

"This is a rare indoor baseball facility. It has indoor cages and mounds, plus a large field for throwing and drills. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the baseball instructors for lessons are excellent. I've been going here for years and I haven't found another place that's better."

"If I could give this no star I would. Stay clear of the group training program. The program "formerly knows as North Shore Performance training" changed hands last year and the quality has gone down hill. The last of the old trainers are now gone and the current owner apparently is unable to replace them and expects customers to pay for group training with no trainer present! Also note equipment is failing and nothing has been replaced in the past year. The owner also stopped providing cleaning supplies(no you cannot wipe down that sweaty bench and neither can anyone else!). 12/18/22-Update to respond to owner and to provide some additional feedback to potential customers. The review is accurate with the exception that I should have stated the founder of the program, North Shore Performance and Training, became less involved, stopped running training classes and managing the program a little over a year ago. As far as cleaning supplies to wipe benches, mats and other equipment, those supplies have not been available for the past 6 months. To be clear I communicated often with the trainers about equipment that needed to be replaced and lack of cleaning supplies. Each time it was the same type of responses. We have asked the owner or we have no budget. In terms of communication from the owner I received one voice mail with no information about the classes while they searched for new trainers. I received no emails or calls with information about what classes where running and what classes were not running. I am happy for the members who remain that the owner was able to find trainers. I hope he will provide the trainers what they need to operate day to day. I am sorry the owner feels that a bad review is just someone venting, but this is an honest accurate review."
