He is not willing to work with you at all. new assistant Jared is following right in his foot steps with the attitude. was such a better vibe when the old mangers Steve and erica were there. I will not be renewing at the end of my contract. I dread going in there knowing I am going to be given a hard time by these managers"

"I really enjoy coming to this gym, I have been coming here since it was latitude and even worked there for a bit and was also there when it was bsc. Carlos at the front is very nice and most people are pretty cool who work here. I agree with the previous comments about Damien trying to show that he is the sheriff. I told the front desk that my brother was going to come to the gym to workout using my buddy pass and he said that I needed to be present when he signed in which has never been required before the time that I first met Damien. I just don’t want to have to wait for him to arrive when I could be working out, not trying to beat the system. Another issue that I have is with the 2 older maintenance staff, 2 times they have given me a hard time. Recently I went into the changing room on the top floor while they are doing renovations, I saw them working up there so I asked if I could use the changing room but the bald guy just stared at me and did not respond so I went in. When I came out they were both standing outside and asked if I saw the sign that said the pool was closed and I said that I thought it was for the pool not the changing room. They were both very rude and seemed like they didn’t want me to leave without getting the last word. Today I left out of the back door which I usually do because there is no sign or anything saying not too and it really did not seem like a big deal. When I left I saw the same 2 guys out back and the bald one started telling me not to come out that way and I said that If I thought that it was a big deal I wouldn’t do it, because it does not seem like a big deal at all, I’m just using one of the exits. His response to me was, now you know. I pay good money to come here and I feel like I shouldn’t be getting a hard time like I have been. The other maintenance staff with the longer hair and mustache also seems vindictive because once I over heard him talking about another maintenance member saying something like, if they could get her to quit maybe they could get a former employee to come back, the person he was talking about was doing her job minding her own business."

"Pool lanes have been sold to swim classes so only 1 gym member can swim per hour from 5-6pm. Pool locker room is disgusting. Lights out, lockers are small, missing ceiling tiles, rusty hand dryers and just plain dirty. I have complained to staff/managers and they seemed bothered I was even speaking to them. Staff don’t even know how long the pool is. They restrict you on pool workouts and then won’t let you out of the contract. Definitely choose another gym because not much has changed from when Latitude and BSC owned it and failed. They have new TV’s though if you want to go to a gym and watch tv what’s next serving pizza and bagels like planet fitness?"
