"After speaking with three different pool contractors last fall, I chose Creative Edge Pools because it was a family owned & operated business and because my intuition told me, Dave was on the level with what he was telling me. Installing a Gunite pool is not an inexpensive undertaking. There are several things to consider and many could be unexpected, such as large rocks or old, septic tanks, etc. We had a very dry winter with little snow and I was slated to start the second week of April. Much to my delight, they started two weeks early! Digging went smoothly, and I was quite impressed with how quickly the whole thing came together. This project was not without its challenges, I ended up having to have a retaining wall installed so that my dirt didn’t wash into my neighbors yard. We had a very wet spring and despite that, construction kept going. The communication between Heather in the office and me has been phenomenal. And every time they said they were going to show up, they did, and were very punctual. Kristen and her crew installed the equipment and had my pool up and running in less than three months, despite all the challenges and minor setbacks, due to weather and other contractors. Communication continues to be phenomenal, my emails are answered promptly and Kristen has been kind enough to share her cell phone number so any questions I have about this amazing equipment and system get answered immediately. Would I recommend this company, you bet I would! To anyone and everyone who is considering an inground pool install. The herd my vision and my backyard oasis has been created."

"We recently got our pool installed by Creative Edge Pools and are extremely pleased with the outcome! Pool is complete on time and looks amazing! I have several pictures I will share once the decking comes in this week but wanted to take this chance to write a review on our experience. Not only does the pool look HIGH QUALITY but the service we received was amazing! Heather was a pleasure to deal with and with the million questions I had along the way she always answered them very professional and didn't seem to get annoyed with me haha. David was great as well he was always on time and very honest along with the process. Kristen was awesome who did most of our plumbing and it was just great dealing with the full family. We are extremely happy we chose them!! I have a friend from work who was also getting a pool from another company and they probably started about 45 days before ours and while ours is complete with water they just got the gunite blown last week. They are behind us by about 4 weeks! One other thing she had to deal with was coordination of everything from plumber, electrician, etc. where Creative Edge did ALL of this for me! it made my life SOO much easier! I highly recommend choosing Creative Edge Pools! Pleasure to deal with and amazing work!"

"We hired Creative Edge earlier this summer (summer 2018) and have been extremely satisfied with the experience. Dave (and Heather in the office) have been in regular communication with each step of the process. We were told the pool would take 6-8 weeks for full installation but they were done well before that and we have been able to use the pool this summer although we didn't start the process until the first week of July. I am a first time pool owner so I have had several questions and both Dave and Heather have responded quickly via calls, texts and emails. Our family is very happy with the process and look forward to enjoying this pool for many years."
