"Clean and well kept. Good amount of equipment and lots of options. Never so busy you can't get a good workout in. Also, some nice to haves in a gym like a sauna in each changing room. Last, it's nice as most people are there to workout, not make social media posts."

"Fantastic facility. Having a sauna in the bathrooms are such a fantastic bonus. They have all of the proper weight lifting equipment you’d ever need and I have yet to experience a day that felt crowded. Very pleased to call this gym my own, couldn’t recommend a better spot in the area!"

"I’m very happy with my now 2 years of membership and would recommend GBAC to anyone. Facilities are always clean. There’s way more than enough equipment and it’s all great quality. I love that there are a couple of large turf spaces with boxes and other equipment where I do free weight work, walking lunges, stretches…things like that. And, having access to a sauna, especially during NH winters, is a huge plus. Owners and staff are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. It seems like they are constantly upgrading and making improvements. I look forward to my workouts here :)."

"Wanted to share my experience. I could not be more satisfied with this facility. Cathy and Tina at the front end of the process were amazing. The owner John is a perfect gentleman. This place sets the bar for how a health club should be operated. It has a great feel. The place is immaculate from the workout areas to the Men's Locker Room. I've been a member for about a month now and haven't even had a chance to use 1/2 of the available equipment. With all of the amenities that this club offers, you are guaranteed to be more engaged in your workouts. An abundance of equipment and workout areas for every fitness level. I opted for the Elite Membership. It comes with a free locker rental and 52 guest passes. For those of you that have belonged to other health clubs you know this is a great deal @ 99.00/mo.
