"So I been coming here for over 3 years. It is hand down one of the best place to learn Grappling and Striking . They offer day and night classes to fit everyone's schedule. The atmosphere of the gym is so welcoming to everyone. The staff are friendly and helpful. Most of their staff are knowledgeable in other martial arts too. I started off with kickboxing then decided to take grappling classes with Joe. It has been the best decision that I made. You are learning from a professional fighter that teaches and treats everyone the same. I have been to other gyms before this one and they just felt like they just want my money.
