Nicole is an unbelievable instructor - she is inspirational, motivational, and she genuinely cares about each and every one of her clients. The Vitality Place and it’s staff has helped me to grow physically, mentally, and spiritually, and I will be forever grateful for this amazing community."

"TVP is by far my favorite place to work out. The yoga, barre and dance classes (for 18+) all provide exactly what I’m looking for in a studio. The studio itself is spacious, clean, and very aesthetically pleasing. As soon as you get into the studio you’ll feel that the vibe is always welcoming and positive. One of my favorite yoga classes is Full Moon yoga - be on the look out for it, you won’t regret it! Nicole, the studio owner, is so great and very involved and helpful towards her clients. Try out TVP you’ll be so glad you did!!"

"The Vitality Place is hands down the best studio that I have ever gone to. The studio itself is clean, welcoming, spacious, and absolutely adorable. Nicole, the owner, is welcoming and makes sure that every single person that goes there feels like they are welcome. "This studio is a safe place for me. I lost dance a while ago when my studio of 19 years closed. I felt like I wasn’t going to be able to find another studio because I wasn’t looking for any competition studios, I just wanted to dance to dance. Then one day my friend Meghan found The Vitality Place and then my dance world opened up again. Nicole is an amazing, humble and sweet individual who cares about all of her dancers, of all ages, and makes sure her studio is a safe place for everyone. Along with Nicole, the other staff at TVP is wonderful as well. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to dance again to consider looking into this studio! As well as dance, they offer barre and yoga classes. I had never done a barre OR yoga class until I came to TVP, and I love both! Thank you Nicole for opening this incredible studio.
