"I’ve been working out at CKO consistently for a couple of years and I’ve lost around 50lbs. I love the workout because you can adjust for body limitations (I don’t even kick anymore because of knee issues). The intensity level is up to you. The trainers encourage you and support you. Some days I’m a beast other days i show up and see what I can give. In addition to the workout, the environment is welcoming and friendly. Don’t be intimidated if you think you won’t know what to do. I remember trying Zumba once and had no clue about the moves and just stood there most of the class trying to figure it out. CKO Kickboxing will not be that experience! The trainer will show you what to do before class, then you’ll undoubtedly be approached by nice people working out next to you telling you to just have fun. I feel uplifted every time I leave that gym"

"Started at CKO in May 2022. (before CKO, I was going to PF, and was getting pretty board with the 'same 'ol routine', and lack of enthusiasm) I had never taken a workout "class" before and was a bit skeptical...(not of the class or workout) but if I was going to 'stick with it'. Well, here we are 16 months later, in a lot better shape, and loving every minute of it - I can't get enough. The trainers, the music, the experience, the friendships and most importantly, the workout! Do yourself a favor - try Trevor's 5am class - you won't regret it. If you cant get up that early, try one of the 6am classes - what an awesome way to start your day. (They have plenty of afternoon classes as well, if you're the type who likes to 'close out' your day with a workout). Either way it's only 4% of your day - Go get yours!!"
