"Was a personal trainer here for about a year. Never had an issue, decided to leave so I could expand on my own. I offered to help out for a month so they could find a new trainer to take my clients. Immediately after my final session, my manager told me that I was not allowed to come back to the club. He said the owners were just going to send me an email, and he had to offer to tell me in person. I got home and looked at the brief email they sent me which told me that they are “initiating a 6 month separation period” and that I do not have access to the club (never gave a reason why) Never once was I warned of this, and when I asked if this was a policy my question was avoided"

"Got a membership after my 13 month military deployment and needed to move unexpectedly after a month of being home. Management made it a pain to cancel and it took about 2 weeks to get them to agree without charging me 450$. On top of all the new stuff coming back home this especially made me mad. The management wasn’t responsive or understanding of the situation whatsoever and within the 2 weeks it took to cancel I also got charged another month that I’m not gonna use. This is the first bad review I’ve written in my whole life. Other than that the gym was nice."

"Hands down the best gym to go to. Every single time you walk in, there is a smiling face there to greet you. Mary who works the front desk is one of the nicest people you will probably ever meet. Spencer is also an awesome guy who is extremely knowledgeable. My overall experience switching to the workout club has been nothing but great. The atmosphere of the gym is what you want when taking the next steps in your fitness journey. Not only to mention you have so many resources at your disposal. Nikki the personal trainer on site who conducts your fitness assessment is there to answer absolutely any questions you might have. She asks about what your goals are and will help guide you through the process. The only people that write negative reviews about this gym are the ones who enroll themselves in a 12 month contract and then quit halfway through. If I had one piece of advice to give anyone looking for a new gym is to just do a day pass or the three day free trial. Get a feel for the atmosphere and the equipment that is included with this experience. I guarantee you will be interested in joining The Workout Club family!"
