New Generation Martial Arts

During the first one on one introductory class, Shihan LeMay, spent time with my son, taught him some of the very fundamental tenets of Karate, and showed him how to mediate. Since then, he has been going for classes once a week. He loves going for the classes and finds the teachers and other kids in the group to be awesome.
