The owner, Candice, is one of a kind! She takes the time to listen and help you understand how to reach your goals. The instructors make it known that they care and that makes all the difference. "I Loved Angie's class!! I had a blast in class last night! I love that she incorporated her sense of humor in the class! So fun!! All the instructors are the best here! I always feel so motivated during any class I take! I'm going to try to take a class with each instructor! But I'm truly enjoying my 6 week challenge! I'll still be there even when the challenge is over!! I love that they have later in the evening classes as I work until 5pm. So I can actually make it to a class that fits into my schedule which is different from most other gyms I've tried. I'm trying really hard to get myself into the shape I want, and lose weight but mostly just feel better in my skin! and like Angie said I get to "punch out all my icky day on the mat!" hahaha I've never felt more comfortable in a workout environment! The Seekonk Location makes me feel so welcome and accepted. I've definitely found my outlet!"

"Amazing! Simply, amazing. Amazing owner, amazing coaches. I started at ilkb Seekonk for a 6 week challenge..after the first class, I fell in love with it. The environment is so welcoming, the members are very encouraging, they have some cool gear available to purchase, and they are extremely motivational. This is definitely the cleanist gym I have ever stepped foot in. They take the time to clean & disinfect the mat's and bags after every class. I just can't get enough.
