"I am not an athletic man. I've never really liked sports or been part of a sports team since middle school. Before B&F Boxing Gym, I've never *enjoyed* being a member of a gym. Working with B&F I've lost like 40 lbs and gotten super into boxing. I had been nervous about joining, being an overweight mid-30's nerd, but everyone here has been welcoming and helpful. Coach Rick is engaging and really seems dedicated to making this an inclusive sport for all. The price of membership is an incredible bargain, and the facilities are simple but clean & well-maintained. Membership is month-to-month with no commitment.
