Had they not been there working with me I don’t think I would have developed into the player I was. This place is legit- from strength training, speed, agility, injury prevention, and even rehab from some injuries I sustained while playing, Anthony and his guys always had me taking the best possible step and ready to go by fall camp or spring ball. The best part is they curate everything specifically to your body and your physiology and your needs, maximizing your time and making it very worth it to work with them.
