"The worst place I’ve ever worked. The managers are uneducated in many areas one would hope people in management & childcare positions would be educated in. They micromanage and demean their workers by talking to them like they are children. Don’t work here if you are neurodivergent or have any kind of disability. They will treat you poorly & the pay is no different. There’s a high turnover rate, which isn’t good for the kids that go there either. HR does nothing about the problems even though employees complain often."
