"Absolute shambles. The self-printing area and the print center in general are absolutely unreliable. I spent over 40 minutes today there trying to get one document printed and xeroxed. Two of the three machines have broken USB ports. When I finally did get the peace to print and went to Xerox it the drum was dirty and so every item was ruined with streaks. This became progressively worse over time. As it went along, the machine apparently glitched and so half of my two-sided copies are only one sided. There are no staples at all. The print center looks like a bomb went off and there is only one attendant. I would like to say that this is unusual but having been copying and printing here for business needs since 2015, I can say it is a repetitive problem. Periodically management will get their act together and clean up the store and get the printers and equipment working again. But within months it all falls apart. Unfortunately there is no where else to do printing and copying locally, so I guess we are all stuck. But beware of something is important to you, or has any legal significance, or even if you need it for a workplace, the odds of the Xerox machine producing any reliable or readable results are slim. Staff will tell you that they know the machines are broken and when you ask about them being fixed they will literally just shrug. They say there is no one to report the problem too and they don't know of any plans to fix them. So I guess we just warn the public here. Scrolling down, I see the same complaints about the same print center worker and problems below. As I said, this is pretty much normal for this staples."

"Kelly from the Print & Marketing center is truly amazing. Her and I spent a hour trying to figure things out sizing for invites. She took her time to make sure everything was right. She was fun to talk to when trying to figure things out and was excited when we found the solution. Even with all of the craziness with returns, she made sure I was taken care of. She’s amazing!"

He was in the middle of another task but stopped and gave me his attention. As it turns out, the store didn't have my items on the shelf, but he offered to search on the website and placed an online order for me. He followed me up front. Printed out my order form and checked me out. This morning my items were delivered to my front door. Big shout out to Tai."

"The print area associate, an older woman with glasses... should be fired. Thank you for barely acknowledging me... taking another customer ahead of me and don't worry I fixed your jammed printer my damn self.... because you were to busy taking your own leisure time on the computer. And forgetting about the 2 other customers who also needed help."

"SUPER customer service! I've been there twice for both passport and TSA precheck services and both times the staff and management have gone above and beyond- WAY above and beyond. I am so impressed! I don't need to buy office supplies often, but when I do I will be going to this Staples."
