Holiday Vacation Condominiums

"I gotta say I been going to the cape for many years and stayed at the Holiday vacation condominium for many years and recently I stayed there and I am really passionate about the beauty of the whole place and how they have taken care of the whole property I think someone went above and beyond to get that place to where it needed to be I read few negative reviews about the property I guess they cannot make everyone happy but it's a clean and safe place to enjoy your vacation I would definitely recommend the holiday vacation to wherever want to go on the cape it's not a five-star but it's a beautiful day and clean hospitable place with friendly hard working people especially the two pools indoor and outdoor awsome job Mr maintenance man"

"Not a bad place. Does the job, but definitely nothing special. You can only get new bed sheets on Monday and Wednesdays which seems sketchy to me. I understand if they have an outside company but if I'm staying here for a week I should be able to get new linens and towels as needed. The staff definitely isn't accommodating or friendly. We're on vacation trying to have a happy good time, and they are most definitely not. But, if you can get past that, the pools and hot tub are open and the room was clean so overall I guess not too bad."

"I used to love this place. So much so, I went against my inclinations and purchased a timeshare week a few years ago (6 or 7). Physically I will admit the property has improved but the overall management has been on a constant decline. Many other owners I have spoken with feel the same way. Many of the institutional changes are being blamed on the pandemic but many owners, including myself, do not see the justification nor are the actions mandated by the state as management claims. Many new policies are far too punitive and not justified. If you have stayed at HVC and feel the same way, please add a comment or separate review so the Board of Trustees will take appropriate action."

"I had a wonderful experience at the holiday vacation condominium. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in and tour the property high quality rooms and high quality service. Not to mention the Inflatable Park right next door and a lot more attractions, walking distance in the area. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Worst hotel I have been to. Towels are dirty, the room doesn’t seem cleaned. DO NOT GO. They charged me 50 dollars for staying an extra 30 minutes taking my stuff out of the room. They seem that will charge more from my bank account. Workers here are rude, it is not a good place. The place seems really old. Feels like it could fall any moment. Rooms are really dirty with a terrible smell. Pillows smell disgusting, same with the mattress. Avoid this place. It is a waste of money. From pictures, it may seem nice. But it is not, once you get there, you wouldn’t want to step in the room. Made me uncomfortable with the dirtiness that is in that room. Never go to this hotel. There are better hotels I could’ve went too. Do not come to this hotel. You will regret your visit."
