"Lack of knowledgeable and trained staff working in printing department Staff very dismissively stated they are the only one there and they don’t know how to help with a simple pamplet style printing job. Basically, a cashier working in the printing department versus someone with technical knowledge. Yes Staples is definitely slipping."

"Poor service, just one person is working at the printing department! After I waited for 30 minutes, I was told that the machine is not working."

"Placed an order for business cards at this location early in the morning on 08/16 to be picked up later that day. I received a call from an employee 8 hours saying their poster printing machine was broken and they couldn’t do my order & i told them i didn’t order a poster in which she responded “oh then whatever you ordered that machine is broken right now we can’t do it” & gave me zero alternatives. It was too late for me to replace the order online and have them done in time. I called the Weymouth location and they said they could do it rush order if Braintree sent them the order. I then called Braintree back and one of the employees told me they would send the order over to Weymouth so they can do it for me that night. When i called Weymouth to get a time estimate they said Braintree never sent them the order. I had to then rush to Weymouth to get the order in before they closed and ask them if they can prioritize my order in the morning because Braintree had completely dropped the ball. Never had to deal with a situation this frustrating in my life, highly recommend not using this location."

"I just have to give major props to the super friendly and professional staff at this Staples. I felt like I was being treated like a king. They assembled my chair, handed me the instructions and tools and pointed out all the features, and wheeled it out to my car, and even put it in my car."

"Totally random, but I was looking for a label maker refill and someone actually helped me they were very helpful to the different kinds. While my wife returned a bunch of things from Amazon without a box or label which I thought they wouldn't take as I know the old rules. Anyway Amazon took the stuff back gave us a coupon and we headed out it was an interesting and quick trip. I don't typically need anything for my home office but it wasn't so bad."
