"I went here twice in one week recently after covid with lingering issues. Zero wait, probably because I went at 11pm and 6am. Both times, different doctors & nurses, and both times everyone was wonderful. The second time I went in because I thought my pneumonia spread and the doctor was awesome. He wouldn’t let me leave until he made sure I was 100% okay. I’ve been to another ER in my own town and after the way I was treated 2 years ago I refuse to go back. I will drive the extra miles to Inland and wait if need be."
"2 and 1/2 hours in the waiting room to get a simple infected splinter out of my kids foot. 5 other patients walked in after me, got in before me and I'm still in a room right now after 30 minutes with no contact from anyone. This is hands down the most horrendous ER I've ever experienced and I will make sure I do not come back here again."
"Honestly wouldn’t come back, the dr would not listen to any symptoms and just kept saying STDS was the cause. i had tests done less than a month prior to going here…he told me i’d be out before 6AM and the nurse told me she didn’t see that happening in all honestly. the dr is the problem"
"I have to agree with the others- this place needs to be shut down! Waited over 4 hours even though there was only 1 patient. The nurse acted like she wanted to be anywhere but there. The doctor honestly was clueless. The room was gross- floor was disgusting and there were literally bugs crawling around. The bathroom they made my son use was gross. We spent the entire wait listening to a security worker swear back and forth with a patient constantly despite the fact that I had a kid there. The doctor sent my son home saying it was nothing but a few hours later he was rushed to Portland for emergency surgery. We certainly won’t be going back and advise others to go elsewhere if possible. I’m not sure how this place can be allowed to be operated like this!"
"Spent three hours in ER without being seeing even by eval nurse. People that came after me were put in front of me. I can understand that being done aftwr triage but not before. Never again!"
