"Had a wonderful experience today with the knowledgeable Kristine! She was wonderfully professional, kind, and a wonderful guide through the candle pouring experience! While there, I witnessed a difficult customer give her a very hard time but Kristine remained understanding and professional throughout the interaction. She encouraged me to embrace the silly side of naming my candle (which lives in a jar that matches my hair (which is cut into a bob)) and was great at making sure we were comfortable during the experience from start to finish."

"I love all of your scents and that the products are clean, however the car diffuser is another story. They are made to hang from your rear view mirror. My diffuser came unscrewed from the wooden lid and fell cracking my cars infotainment screen. The lid was screwed on tight after opening it, but it appears to loosen overtime due to the movement of the car. Please be careful if using this product."
