"Very disappointed! it took much longer than I had hoped to get to our final design, as they were too busy last fall which delayed our project start. If that was not so bad, we found out, weeks after the start of the project, that they had measured incorrectly and we need more cabinets than what was ordered. They took responsibility and corrected the problem at their cost, but we ended up with 2 9" cabinets, with a 6.5" opening, which is pretty useless. Once everything arrived, we had more surprises, as another cabinet had a 6" opening, and that was by design!!! what type of design do they use, to make such a terrible mistake? We should have strongly been advised to make the top corner cabinets a lazy Susan, or they would be small. That did not happen, and we ended up with a useless cabinet. If all that wasn't bad enough, two of the corner cabinets had openings instead of a solid piece of wood, and things can fall through the openings and into the counter as there was a spacer between them and the next cabinet! hard to imagine? well, it was hard to see that after all the delays and paying so much for custom designed cabinets, that we end up with that. And hopefully, you will not have to deal with the unprofessional staff that does some of the carpentry fixes when things don't work so well. The fix they have come up with will not resolve the issue of a useless cabinet."
