"Needed to have 30 lbs propane tank filled on a Saturday. Went to Quinn's to get it filled. The owner said it was to cold outside and he wouldn't fill it. He said we could do an exchange. Sorry I am not exchanging a 20 for a 30 lbs tank. Called Campbell's and asked if they would fill today. They said they would just head on over. People talk about how bad small businesses have it. Sometimes they don't help themselves. Will never go back there. Thanks for the excellent customer service!"

"If I could give it zero rating I would. I called at 2:44pm this Sunday. Nov 10 2019. They had the part I needed to fix my 86 yr old grandmothers furnace. The man who answered the phone reminded me they closed at 3. I said I understand. I got there at 2:56--door was locked and lights were off. What happened to 3pm? He also said he would even wait a few mins for me when I explained I was on my way. I'm very disgusted and will never go to your "family run establishment again." Off to Agway who will now receive my families business."
