"I bought 2 sets of out door furniture. Spent 1000’s of dollars. They do not stand behind their product even though they gave 15 year warranty on 1 set. The furniture paint was chipping. They sent me a can of paint. What a joke they are. I will never buy their product again. Plus I will be contacting our lawyer. Don’t spend the money on this product!!"
"We bought Walter Lamb outdoor dining table - weathered grey teak top table finish and chair set 2 years ago. The table top chipped and flaked its top within a month. Very unsightly and disappointing. We were provided with a replacement which had the exact same problem. We were then told the ceramic top table was going to now replace the wood top model since clearly the wood top model is totally unsuitable for the outdoors. We were told there were 2 color choices and made our choice. We waited 6 weeks for delivery of this third table, or second replacement (ceramic top) and they brought the wrong color. We are still waiting to hear from the shop selling this Brown Jordan product as to when the table will be delivered. Total nightmare with the investment we made on a “quality” outdoor set."
