"So starting my 1st semester here and excited to finish my Psychology Associates Degree. Taking the time to figure out financial aid with them which the staff are extremely helpful and friendly including transcript transfers were easily done. Also I got the classes I wanted so I am looking forward my 1st Spring Semester here! FAFSA covered my tuition, fees, book rentals, Student ID, etc. So far an amazing experience! Also they had a fabulous presentation for the New Student Orientation which included many faculty including the President of the college which was very inspirational. I will continue to update."
"I regret going to this college every single day. They are so unhelpful with absolutely everything, you can reach out to advisors, financial aid, professors, and good luck ever hearing back. Zero communication, and not a single professor has a care in the world if you're stuck or need help in a class. My mother passed, and they couldn't even spare me 1 extra day to finish my assignments because apparently their class was more important than me saying goodbye to my mother. I've made appointment times to have meetings with a professor, and they didn't even bother showing up! Another time, they wrote one date on the email for our meeting but eveidently meant a different day. I have to withdraw from my classes because of their lack of accommodation to students. They keep sending texts and emails saying "were here to help" No, you are not. I have come to the realization that this college doesn't want to see anyone succeed. I will never recommend this college to anyone."
"I was considering transferring to this college but after trying to speak to an advisor on the phone for over 40 minutes on a Monday at 10:30 am, and after asking a simple question (to which he initially responded with "I'll give it a shot..." about keeping my associates or going for bachelors he told me that "admissions will help you with that', and that he did not really work with transfer students. After apparently transferring me BACK to admissions, the receptionist transferred me yet again to someone who was unavailable. This was after being transferred to numerous other "advisors" who were also unavailable. If the school is already this dismissive PRIOR to enrollment, I can only imagine how it would be after I become a student."
