"This company was great back in the day. They are now under new ownership and it completely changed. Before purchasing a mattress they will tell you that you can call them and they will adjust the mattress for you if its too firm , etc. I spent over $1,000 dollars on a mattress and was unhappy with how firm it was and called them and wanted to get my mattress less firm and they said someone would reach out to me. Called 3 times and still nothing has been done. Was told the lady went on vacation and i'd have to wait for a call back. Never got a call back. Called again and got the same run around. Stay away from this place they don't hold true to their word. Been a month and 4 phone calls and still nobody has reached out to me. Not sure what else I can do other then to warn people."

The business is a small family run business, who cares about their customers and makes great mattresses at super prices. Overall, we had an awesome experience. It started with Jane who helped us with our mattress selections. She took her time to explain to us the different mattresses and didn't try to over sell. She was very patient and helpful. Next was Suzie who was able to help us schedule our delivery date and time, she was also super helpful with all of our questions. And last but not least, were Chris and Mike who delivered our mattresses and headboard and helped set them up. They were super friendly and very professional. I highly recommend Mattress Maker of New England...and I usually don't write reviews."
