"First of all, all aspiring bike shops should consult from Mark and get workshops to learn a bit about his craft for managing a store with such passion and dedication. I cannot add much more to all other reviews bc they are spot on. I drove 3hrs to his shop for many different reasons and one of them was simply bc he treated us so kindly over the phone. He also pulled through and set up some bikes for me to try out and was such a professional about it. Been to other bike shops in New England and I understand they are all busy but this is one experience you won’t forget. "Dropped my bike off to have it serviced and fix a flat tire. Mark has an infectious personality. Super friendly and provided very quick turn around so I had my bike back in 4 days. He did an absolute thorough job and when I picked it up he explained everything he did. I would recommend using him for all your bikes. He works on everything! Excellent service and work!!!"
