"Great selection of chairs and helpful advice to aid in making choices. Also, the guy who carefully helped load 8 chairs into my car was terrific--friendly, personable, and thoughtful regarding how to pack without any damages. My only complaint is that when I called at the 3 month mark of expected arrival and was told they would still be a few weeks(I called a few weeks before Xmas, agreeing that they would not arrive before holidays) I still had to call a month later. At that time they informed me the chairs had been in for month! And they said they had left a phone message close to the first date when I had called, which we never received and was therefore likely misdialed, and they did not bother trying again! For a whole month."

"15 years ago I bought 3 counter stools for my kitchen remodel from Chair Fair. One of the chairs recently had an issue and I brought it to the Chair Fair in Weymouth. They fixed it while I waited. I chatted with Barry the owner, Tom the general manager and the two lovely ladies in customer service. Everyone was so friendly. I actually enjoyed waiting ! I highly recommend Chair Fair. Can you believe that they fixed my 15 year old chair quickly and at no cost ! They stand by their products. I would not go any where else. Chair Fair is the BEST !"

Chair Fair is a family business environment with a very nice and friendly staff, not eager to make a sale but eager to help you find what you need. "Wonderful experience! I needed two kitchen chairs. I looked on line on their website and found what I wanted. I was greeted at the door and told them what I wanted. A lovely woman took me upstairs and showed me something similar, but it had to be ordered. I asked if there was anything I could take today. She showed me the clearance section. Two perfect chairs for me were on sale for half price! I bought them and Derek carried them out to my car. I highly recommend this place!"
