"Great selection of chairs and helpful advice to aid in making choices. Also, the guy who carefully helped load 8 chairs into my car was terrific--friendly, personable, and thoughtful regarding how to pack without any damages. My only complaint is that when I called at the 3 month mark of expected arrival and was told they would still be a few weeks(I called a few weeks before Xmas, agreeing that they would not arrive before holidays) I still had to call a month later. At that time they informed me the chairs had been in for month! And they said they had left a phone message close to the first date when I had called, which we never received and was therefore likely misdialed, and they did not bother trying again! For a whole month."

"15 years ago I bought 3 counter stools for my kitchen remodel from Chair Fair. One of the chairs recently had an issue and I brought it to the Chair Fair in Weymouth. They fixed it while I waited. I chatted with Barry the owner, Tom the general manager and the two lovely ladies in customer service. Everyone was so friendly. I actually enjoyed waiting ! I highly recommend Chair Fair. Can you believe that they fixed my 15 year old chair quickly and at no cost ! They stand by their products. I would not go any where else. Chair Fair is the BEST !"

"I had looked all over for a pub set that met certain size requirements in solid wood and Chair Fair had it! We drove all the way from the North Shore of Boston and it was well worth the trip. Chair Fair is a family business environment with a very nice and friendly staff, not eager to make a sale but eager to help you find what you need. It's very rare to find this type of service anymore! The selection is great too with options for various budgets. Highly recommend!"

"Wonderful experience! I needed two kitchen chairs. I looked on line on their website and found what I wanted. I was greeted at the door and told them what I wanted. A lovely woman took me upstairs and showed me something similar, but it had to be ordered. I asked if there was anything I could take today. She showed me the clearance section. Two perfect chairs for me were on sale for half price! I bought them and Derek carried them out to my car. I highly recommend this place!"
