"Sadly I have to alert other people. Based on good reviews, I trusted this business. However, unfortunately for me, on 11/27/23 this business sold me a sectional claiming was brand new. I paid $2300 for the sectional. The sectional sold to me is defective. The two parts do not connect because the connection part is missing. It took me awhile to figure out until I actually looked at the store brand/manufacture — Boston Interior. I then also noticed that the store still sells the section for the same price I paid, with the connection part that mine section is missing. In other words, I trusted this business based on the reviews, but that is what happened to me. Be aware! They also operate out of an storage place, not an actual store. Save yourself the headache. I will have to initiate a process with small business claims."
