"AWFUL business. Shady practice and dishonest and/or incompetent employees. We went to Cabinet Depot in Derry based off a recommendation from a friend who had just bought her cabinets there and loved them. Unfortunately, we worked with Joe. Under the guise of a mis-measurement, he changed our layout design and didn’t tell us. When the cabinets were installed and I questioned what happened by asking to see the layout I signed when we put down our deposit, he refused to show it to me. Once Mike (who was responsible for the supposed mis-measurement and is just as irresponsible as Joe) stepped in, Joe casually mentioned our layout was changed because of inventory issues. Neither man apologized nor were we allowed to get our original cabinet selection. All they had to do was call us and tell us that they didn’t get the cabinets. Basic, courteous communication should be standard for a business that, according to Mike “is 90% referrals.” BS. Upon installation, one cabinet didn’t fit in our space (which, again, Mike was responsible for), several trim/molding materials and cabinet shelves were missing, a cabinet was defective, and extra assembly of a $1,100 trash bin was required which meant I had to pay more money to our installer. The cabinets are pretty and for the price seem decent so far but the business is shady, dishonest, and messy. In my opinion, it’s not worth it. I would have rather gone to Benson’s or another warehouse distributor. Awful. Just awful"

"I purchased $15,000 worth of cabinets from this place. The order along with illustrations and a graphic depiction of my layout was provided. The ordered was agreed upon after reviewing the entire order at their showroom in Derry, NH. When I received the order, one of the cabinets had the the wrong hinging. Instead of 1 left and 1 right handed cabinet, 2 left hinged cabinets were delivered. I nicely informed Samantha, their sales person about this mistake and received the following email from her: "I apologize, unfortunately our cabinets do not always have a right or left in each color, We our selves have to do the same thing you would, by swapping the side the hinge is on .I did have my warehouse manager take a look for you and we only have left sided hinges in stock for the white glazed. If you choose to swap it , you can putty the holes. If you bring in a glass jar I can give you some touch up paint for it. I am sorry, I wish I could give you a better option/ Answer for you. If there is anything else I can help with just let me know!" This is a totally unacceptable answer!! Don't give Cabinet Depot any of your business! Tell your friends and spread the word. Buyer beware!!!"
