"Items was ordered on line, appliances never delivered, the store was not in communication about what was happening, I was told refrigerator failed and another one "is out for delivery" They couldn't give me the ETA, I continued to call and was not getting any answers. Called another store for help and was given the actual number for cooperate. I reached back out to the store, they stated the Manager no longer wants to do business because I decided to call cooperate. Currently waiting for Miguel the district manager to call...…. Nothing yet. If I could give negative stars, I would. Just want this nightmare over. Not dependable, sound like children works there.... I took the time to read other reviews, which I should of done before calling and placing an order..... Its a joke."
