"Have already had a problem with this store. I paid using my credit card over a week ago and it is still not showing up on my bank account. So, I had to call my bank and the bank still doesn't know why they haven't accepted the transaction. Then I had to call headquarters because the store didn't know what was going on. Now I have to wait till Monday (start of the second week for this one transaction) to follow up with them to figure out if transaction is going to be completed. After I finish this transaction, I am never going back to this store ever again!"

"Brand new Barnes and Noble in Brunswick Maine! Only the 2nd to open in Maine and the first in 30 years. Hopefully it's just the first of many. Smaller footprint than the traditional B&N stores, but very well organized with a wide selection of books, many btb local authors, plus some games, calenders, cards etc. I was incredibly honored to have been asked to cut the ribbon for the grand opening and to meet the manager and staff. All very nice and professional. It looks like they have lots of author events planned over the next few months. Let's hope their business booms and more bookstores here in Maine.
