They have the best delivery team for the two men that came were beyond helpful and kind even in the intense 90 degree heat. From starting with Dan in sales, to speaking to delivery and then having such great guys come and do setup service for sure I’ll use them again. These days it’s hard to come by such good service. "They didn't allow me to replace my bed with a queen one. I requested this only after 2 weeks of purchase. I paid ton of money. I would not recommend this place. Follow up: Replying to the comment I got. I wanted to change the bed because my feet was hanging out, the bed was short for me. I called in to ask if this was possible only to be told that someone will give me a call on Monday. No one called. I called again and same story. I got a new bed from somewhere else and they had a refund policy. I'm not attacking this company. I'm protecting fellow customers from being ripped of their money like I do. Now, I have a bed which I can't use and I need to sell."

"Had a great experience at boston bed! Moving into college in the area and went into shop for a bed for my new apartment. My questions were all answered by the friendly staff and they had it delivered and installed to me fast with no issues. I would highly recommend!"

"Very disappointed with expensive furniture I’ve purchased from this business. The website claims that the furniture has a one year warranty but it’s a lie and they won’t honor it. I bought an expensive pull out couch that had issues with one of the couch cushion’s Velcro causing the cushion to lean forward and feel very uncomfortable to sit on. I attempted to fix the Velcro myself but to no avail so when I asked Boston Bed Company if they would fix this with the warranty their suggestion was for me to fix with supplies from the Home Depot. The point is this should have never been an issue in the first place. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company with how expensive the furniture is and with Russian roulette quality and then not honoring of the warranty."
