"We visited Burrow in Newburyport St. in Boston today to try out the shift Sleeper Sofa. Javier was very helpful showing us the features of the sofa and letting us know there was a right-sized ottoman available in the same navy blue. We loved the comfort of the Shift as both a sofa and a sleeper and purchased it along with the ottoman. The only improvement we suggest is expanding this comfy sleeper sofa into a wider range of colors to please all tastes."

"We've had our Nomad green performance velvet sofa for a month now and couldn't be more satisfied. From beginning to end, dealing with Burrow has been a pleasure. We were thrilled to find a local showroom where we could test out the sofa before purchase. The sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Delivery was even sooner than expected and assembly was a breeze. The whole process, from unpacking to completion, took only 45 minutes! Best of all, the performance velvet is impervious to cat scratches! (We have 2 cats.) We did have some issues with the delivery process but that was the fault of FedEx, not Burrow. As for Burrow, we give them an A++++!"

"I had a great experience with Elizabeth in BH Back Bay! I went into the store to get a feel for the Union couch in person and ended up purchasing on the spot. This couch is much deeper than in looks like online, which is exactly what I was looking for. She told me 1-3 weeks for delivery and I was pleasantly surprised when my couch delivered in 6 days (ottoman shipped separately and took 1 extra day)! One negative (about the couch not the location) is that I am usually pretty good at putting furniture together and the levers on the Union couch gave me a run for my money. I was alone and it took be about 2 hours to put together. Also, the wall my couch sits on is 110" and I only have about 4" of space on the side of my couch which is fine for me but may be an issue for others. This couch markets at 100" but I'd argue it sits a little wider than that."
