"FRUGAL...In name only...PRICES do not live up to frugality spending ventures...just saying..!! Some very nice pieces there I must say."
"Very nice quality and selection. Friendly staff that go out of their way to accommodate you"
"The delivery of my new bed frame was flawless. Not only was it on sale, but it was of excellent quality and actually had METAL slats instead of cheap wood slats that tend to move and slide out of place, especially for a pretty big fellow such as myself! However, I explained to the guy who set up the delivery explicitly my situation that my current bed frame was broke and still in my house, and if possible (and would ALSO pay extra money if needed) would need help in disassembling the rest of the broken bed frame and moving the mattress and box spring, so that the new frame could be put in and old box spring and mattress put back on it. This also included them hauling the old useless and old bed frame away. While on the phone, he spoke to his 'boss' in a different language and told me that would be fine. Yet, despite his word, and I also explained this to the two delivery men, they still refused to haul the wooden frame off for me. "Oh, if it was metal we would. But it's wood, so we can't." "Your store told me you would, and he supposedly spoke to his 'boss' while I was on the phone, and said it would be fine." "Well, it's wood. So we can't. Sorry." Sorry, but that's horrible customer service. Whether it's metal or wood or brick for all I care, they should have stuck to their word and taken it. I was willing to give them extra cash on site to do the extra work for me. So, now the wooden frame STILL sits up against my OVEN and in the way of accessing my microwave and cabinets until I can figure out what to do with it in my second floor apartment. THANKS Demello's. Won't be buying from you again."
