"I brought a dining set set last week. The said that I will receive on Wednesday or Thursday of this week. Nobody called me to let me know that the set won’t deliver on time. I called them on thursday (yesterday) to check on my set. The said that it will be delivered today (Friday) after 5p. Someone called me at 6:45p to tell me they are 40 minutes away. It’s currently 9:11p. Nobody called and still haven’t received my $800 set. Worst customer service ever. At this point I want my money back."

"I’m shocked that people even give this place good reviews. This place is a scam. Beware of what you are signing if you apply for credit. My mother ordered a mattress and the wrong one came by. They swore it was the one she wanted and it literally was a hard box. Not a mattress. Then when we tried to bring it back, they would issue no refund because of the agreement. On top they wanted to charge extra for delivery of something else."

"It's been terrible, I bought some furniture in August, in September, then they got in touch, letting them know it would arrive in mid-October, Today 10/27, a seller contacted me and said it would arrive in mid-November. Since, at first, the saleswoman said that my furniture would arrive in three weeks at most, and finally, it is already 2 months and nothing from my furniture."

"Chairs and bedframe purchased with Sweet Home Furniture of utter mediocre quality. Just a week after setting up the beds, due to terrible design, the beds already started buckling even with no one lying on them. A few days later my younger brother almost banged his head on the floor when the bed broke while he was sleeping....this was just 9 days after purchase. My brother weighs just 150 pounds and he is 5'9 in height so again, clearly it was the atrocious design of the bed. We are just completely shocked and left very disappointed with Sweet Home Furniture. Please please trend carefully when buying furniture with Sweet Home especially beds. As I speak we are trying to get our money back from our purchases there."
