For instance, I was charged $150 for an installation fee but they had to come back three times to complete it because one of the pieces was wrong. I was unable to use my desk at work for three days. When I spoke with the owner about taking the charge off my bill because of what happened, I was told that I was lucky he wasn't charging me for the extra labor."
