"We could not be more delighted with our experience purchasing a new mattress at SelectaBed/Relief Mart in Agoura Hills. They specialize in all sorts of memory foam mattresses and have an expansive showroom. Their sales manager, Gerald, (whose main concern seemed to be finding the right mattress for us not just getting a sale) knows what he’s talking about, and went out of his way to help us choose the right softness. He cautioned us against getting something too soft, warning that we didn’t want to trade shoulder and hip pain for lower back pain, and that if we found the new mattress too firm, it could easily be made softer with a topper. He also recommended we spend some time resting on various models to make sure lower back pain wouldn’t be a problem. We visited their showroom three times to make sure we picked the right mattress. Unfortunately, it turned out to be slightly too firm. That was when we truly discovered how really terrific their customer service is. First I spoke with their customer service manager (Jordan?) about how to make our new mattress just a bit softer. He immediately responded with a solution. When I followed up with the shipping manager, (Duke?) he reassured me that the 1” super soft memory foam topper had made all the difference on his mattress. The two guys who hand-delivered the topper a short time later were couldn’t have been nicer. I’ve rarely encountered such top to bottom helpfulness, especially after a purchase. The end result is that we have the perfect mattress for us — not too hard, not too soft — “just about right!” Thank you to everyone at SelectaBed/Relief Mart. We are very pleased!"
