"Delivery was on time but for them to pick up is bad. I was supposed to have my futon picked up last Thursday but no then on Monday but now then today by 10:30-11:00 am now it's going on 1 pm now won't be til 1:30-2:00 pm. I now have to miss 2 Dr appointments 1 yesterday 1 today."

"The sales manager Jesus is extremely nice he makes you feel comfortable and was very informational I feel he goes above and beyond for his customers and from what I saw he was multi tasking and still able to help all the customers in the store and made sure we was all set even know he was busy. I came in late right before closing too he knew I needed a couch and was patient and very profession honestly I wouldn't of wanted to go anywhere else because of him he put all my questions and concerns at ease you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. So far so good I got my sectional the other day and it looks awesome."
